CarlosCarlos runs the IMC feeding programme in Fusa, Colombia. Here they feed children and support them in their school work. By giving the children one square meal a day they enable families to stay together - without the provision of that one meal many children would be thrown out of home onto the street.Carlos also leads a time of praise and worship, ensuring that the children a fed spiritually as well as physically. It was a great joy to meet Carlos, having seen photographs and videos of him over the years.Joel was a great blessing: he has spent some time in Spain and speaks fluent Spanish and so was a great help with translating and just being someone Carlos could talk to. |
