August: June and Bobby join us for the month and we go to Kew Gardens, Bosham and Ireland and visit friends and family around the country. Finally, we meet up with Barrie and Eileen and friends from Pakistan.
June and Bobby were with us for the whole of August and we planned a very busy schedule for them - and kept up with the girls as much as we could.
We visited Dorothy in Fulbourn twice, went to Kew Gardens and Highclere Castle ( scene of Downton Abbey) and spent ten days in southern Ireland. We also caught up with mutual friends and Liz's aunty Beryl, who lives only a few miles away from Dorothy.
