November: Little angels on Mondays, yet more visits to Staunton Park, cheesy child, family reunions and a 60yh Birthday Party!

Little Angels! Breakfast time on a Monday in November!

Although not as comfortable as in the summer, Staunton Park still proves attractive to us all...

... and there are puddles to play in during the winter! The animals in Ram's Walk, Petersfield don't need feeding

Terry and Joan joined us for a "Cheesy Chips" supper followed by a film

One beautiful Monday we visited Lynne and took a walk through some vineyards.

26 November is, of course, Liz's birthday and this year is was the big 60. Chris made a lovely birthday cake - seen above before and after a token number of candles were lit.

Linda, Paul, Liz, John, Phil, Chris, Bobs, Beryl and Ed

Phil's sister, Beryl, was driven down to Hampshire by her son, Paul and his wife, Linda. We had a meal at the Three Horseshoes, Thursley and John had just to time to take one photograph (using the timer) and this is the result.

Chris commented on this photograph: Beryl was my Mum's school friend: without her she wouldn't have met my father and I wouldn't be here...!! Carol Chapman added: what a lovely photo of my Aunts, Uncle and cousins! Interesting what you say about Aunt Beryl 'cause she worked with my mother in a baby home and that's how my parents met... So without Beryl I wouldn't be around either !

Phil and Beryl Birthday Girl!

The whole family: Chris, Bobs, Phil, Graham and Liz Graham and Lesley live in Kent and haven't been able to see Phil and Bobs for a while so it was good to get this photograph

Liz organised a 60th Birthday Party at the Petersfield Golf Course and started the evening off by playing
with her recorder group.

A room full of people having lovely food and a good time!

How the years go by: John, Gerry, John and Basil shared a house in Emsworth in the middle 70's and this is probably the first time that they've got together in nearly 40 years!
