We seem to have established a tradition of visiting Ikea in Southampton with Caroline every November - we bought far more than we intended, but it was a good day out!

John and Terry have continued to visit Portsmouth dockyard and briefly appeared on local TV.

We continue to look after Alice and we also had time to visit Dorothy in Fulbourn.

Once again Liz had to get up early on Remembrance Day (Sunday 13 November) to help "man" a road closure in preparation for the Remembrance Day Service. Members of the Chaplaincy Team also helped out.

John has continued to make jam, jelly and marmalade which he sells to raise funds for IMC   We walked into The Devil's Punchbowl and found lots of fungi - not as attractive to eat as the jam!

Spotted just outside Portsmouth dockyard - the start (or end) of the chain walk around the harbour   Those who have visited this site before might remember that we make an annual pilgrimage to IKEA with Caroline

You might have noticed a new rug in the IKEA basket - here it is in the conservatory!   We've often taken the girls to the ponds at South Harting - here is the fish pond

Liz and Penny "man" a road block in preparation for the Remembrance Day Service - again!   Not the best of photographs but it was taken from BBC South Today web site - Terry and John went to the dockyard and found it to be closed because of a German bomb!

Liz and Alice with a reindeer   We popped up to Fulbourn to see Dorothy

Queen Elizabeth Country Park from the new footpath to Petersfield

Frosted leaves in Petersfield - we had some lovely cold and sunny weather in November with blue skies and morning frosts
