• John's sister, June her daughter Alison and her husband Mike visited in June. Mike and Alison spent a few days in London, then joined us in Hampshire before going home. June stayed on for several days.
  • We undertook a trip on a horse-drawn barge just outside Newbury
  • We visited Dorothy - and cousin David and his wife, Sally joined us for a meal in Linton, where Dorothy lives
  • We went to Saffron Walden to visit our friends Nev and Judy.
  • There are still decorated post boxes around in Petersfield
  • We took June to see Petersfield Pond and the ducks, geese and swans
  • We went to a concert by Dragonflies.
  • We also visited Port Solent and John's old house in Emsworth
  • We met up with Barrie and Eileen Jones, who first me June and Bobby in Malta in the 1960's
