We were invited to join Neil and Barbara (Tim's in-laws) to celebrate their 40th Wedding Anniversary   We stayed in Gloucester - the house we stayed in is seen in the distance

The full moon over the church - I couldn't see the setting on the camera!   The house was the old vicarage, build at the end of the 19th century

This was a local hotel which we found when we took a walk around the area

An unusual speed limit around the hotel!   A sign near a tree in the grounds of the vicarage

Not a very good photograph of a kingfisher - but it does show that they are around the pond   A reflection in the conservatory door one breakfast time

Sunrise over the heath   A detail from the Fairy tree stumps around the pond

Spotted by John on top of a fence along Moggs Mead

Some more of Liz's fungi   Is this young moorhen water skiing?

Some white ducks on the pond - it seems that they were dumped there

Wren joins us around the pond   John has a go at photographing fungi

Clouds over the heath

John visited his college friend, Graham, who had cancer. Sadly Graham died in December
