• The Covid-19 shut-down was in force throughout the month and we would get up early and walk around The Heath Pond, feeding the birds and taking photographs.
  • We filmed ourselves, with Bobs, doing the reading for the Life Church on-line service

Coots are always ready to be hand fed!   Robins are very obvious in the winter

It's easy to get up before dawn in the winter - I have photographed these trees many times throughout the year.

A lovely study of frost on a glove - taken by Liz

The Mallards were stuck - standing on the ice!   We're not too keen on seagulls, but this was a nice pose!

Note the Robin's right foot - though he seemed OK   It's not only birds we see around the pond - it's popular with dog owners and their pets.

Liz has no problem feeding the swans!   Liz tries to hand-feed a Robin - she did too, but it was so quick I couldn't photograph it!

Taken after we had filmed the reading for the Life Church on-line service
